Why sleep on a Plush pillowcase? 

When creating the perfect fabric, we ensured that our viscose composite is the perfect silky blend that will provide you with that luxurious sleep you have been dreaming of. 

Not only is the soft and silky sensation of our pillowcase just comfortable to sleep on, but it has a range of other benefits too. 

Say goodbye to creases! Our silky blend is far more gentle on the skin than other materials whilst reducing the likelihood of developing wrinkles and fine lines.

Say goodbye to frizz! Our fabric is antistatic - this works to tame your hair as you sleep and helps you fight against waking up with frizzy hair.

The composite of our pillowcase allows it to have a high durability allowing it to last much longer in comparison to other fabric compositions. If cared for properly it can become a staple you never knew you needed. 

While other harsher materials may tug at your hair follicles and strip your skin of the natural oils that we need, our silky blend provides a smooth and cooling sleep surface. Hence, your skin and hair can gently glide across as you drift into dreamland, reducing friction and leaving your skin and hair hydrated. 

What material are your Plush products made from? 

At Plush, the quality of your sleep is important to us. Hence, we have carefully curated our fabric from a viscose composite to create a silky blend & finish, which is light in weight whilst maintaining its antistatic and breathable qualities. Making all Plush products perfect for everyday use, yet still luxuriously conformable.

Do you only offer embroidery in one colour?

Yes, at Plush we only offer one colour of embroidery per item as this is our signature embroidery style - the colour will be a similar colour to the material of the product you are purchasing in whichever font you choose. Sleek & classy is what we aim for, we hope you’ll love it as much as we do!

However, if you strongly disagree and prefer a specific colour of embroidery do contact us at hello@plushlife.my and we will try our best to accommodate you.

 

What size is a Plush pillowcase?

All pillowcases come in a standard size which fits a 70x44cm pillow. That being said, please keep in mind that the fit of the pillowcase will vary and depend on the shape of your own pillow.

When will you ship my order?

We typically ship your order within 24 hours on business days. However, for personalised orders, please allow up to 5-7 business days before shipment is processed (For more details, please refer to our Shipping & Returns). 

We are working around the clock to get your order to you as soon as we can! Although, please bear with us as delays may be expected due to unforeseen COVID-19 circumstances. 

But fret not, your journey to Living Lush by Plush is mere moments away! 

An email will be sent with your shipping confirmation with a link to track your order as soon as your order embarks on its journey!

What courier do you ship with?

Domestic orders are shipped via J&T.

Do you have a standardised shipping rate for domestic orders?

Our rates for West Malaysia is set at RM 5 and East Malaysia at RM 10.
However, orders over RM200 are eligible for free shipping (this will be automatically calculated at checkout).

Do you ship worldwide?

Not at the moment, but we are working our way towards this, so stay tuned!

What if I want to buy in bulk/ wholesale?

It would make us so happy to help you start your journey of Living Lush by Plush, and would be thrilled to share the love with as many as we can!

Do you accept returns or exchanges? 

- Exchanges & refunds are only eligible for items that are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

- If your item is faulty you will have an option to select store credit (applicable for one time use only) or receive a refund.

- After 7 days of receiving your order, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges, so if your item is faulty please do contact us ASAP. 

- To process a return, please email hello@plushlife.my with your order number in the subject line.

- All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Do orders ship in pieces or altogether?

All items in your order will be shipped in one package to reduce your shipping costs and carbon emissions.

Can I modify an order once I've placed it?

If you have made a purchase which is personalised, we can't promise that we will be able to modify your order. Kindly email hello@plushlife.my and we will do our best to accommodate you.
