Shipping:

Kindly take note that the mailing address provided upon order confirmation has to be precise & valid. Should there be any mistakes in such details, please inform us within 24 hours. 

Malaysia 

  • Domestic orders are shipped via J&T.

  • FREE SHIPPING for orders above RM200 calculated at checkout.

  • RM5 for West Malaysia: Orders take 3-5 business days to arrive. 

  • RM10 for East Malaysia: Orders take 4-7 business days to arrive.

  • Please take note, personalised orders will take up to 5-7 business days to complete before they get shipped out.

International:

Singapore 

  • All orders are shipped via FedEx/DHL/J&T.

  • FREE SHIPPING for orders above 250SGD (of non-sale items) calculated at checkout.

  • Orders take 5-7 business days to arrive.

Brunei 

  • All orders are shipped via FedEx/DHL/J&T.

  • For sale items, there will be a 16.20BND flat rate for orders above 250BND.

Once your delivery tracking number is sent to your email, Plush Collective will not be held accountable should there be any losses or damage during delivery, as this will be in the hands of the purchaser & delivery service. Hence, please be sure of the shipment details submitted.
Should there be any mistakes in such details, delivery of goods will be done 2 - 3 days upon receiving the accurate mailing address and shipping fee will be charged to the buyer. 

Returns:

Kindly note that exchanges & refunds are only eligible for items that are faulty or damaged upon arrival. For any other reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns due to hygiene purposes. If your item is faulty please do not hesitate to contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase. If your item is faulty you will have an option to select store credit (applicable for one time use only) or receive a refund.
